About the Role:
As a Procurement Intern at CYENS, you'll dive headfirst into the dynamic world of procurement, gaining hands-on experience in various functions related to the tender lifecycle. From announcing and evaluating tenders to monitoring supplier performance, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
What You'll Do: 📋
- Monitor compliance with procurement policies and standards, ensuring adherence to corporate, governmental, and EU regulations.
- Implement tendering procedures in alignment with the Law on Public Procurement, overseeing the entire procurement plan from development to execution.
- Foster communication with suppliers and vendors, resolving issues related to delivery and performance.
- Support teams with expenditure planning and maintain a solid understanding of procurement procedures.
- Conduct continuous market research to ensure availability of goods and services.
Qualifications: 🎓
- Actively pursuing a degree in Procurement or relevant studies.
- Proficient written and oral English-language skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and positive personality.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Committed and approachable individual with strong ethics and reliability.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
