About the Internship: CYENS is offering an exceptional internship opportunity for students who aspire to build a rewarding career in HR. As an HR Intern, you'll dive deep into the various functions of Human Resources, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and development to retention and offboarding. What You'll Do:

• Assist with general HR administrative duties and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
• Dive into the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Learn and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee records and support new employee inductions to ensure a smooth transition.
• Play a key role in our Internship Program, providing support and guidance to interns as they embark on their professional journey.

Required Skills:

• Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficient written and oral English-language skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and positive demeanor.
